OUR FARM... The company is situated in the picturesque hilly landscape around Pisa, where the privileged climatic conditions have enabled us to produce our gold, the extra-virgin Olive Oil, for the past one hundred years. Our olives are meticulously selected and manually collected from our 5000 Olive trees. We follow a special production cycle called "a freddo" ("cold cycle"), thanks to which we received prestigious Italian and European awards. This special production cycle is the key to having a superb and excellent product with a distinct color, smell and a low acidity level. Our olive oil is a natural product that doesn't receive any chemical treatment; only this approach allows us to keep an unparalleled quality level. We hope that you would like to try personally our extra-virgin olive oil; we will be happy to welcome you, particularly in November and December, when we press the olives so you will have the chance to try the oil just ready out from the presser.

SPORTS... For those who like sports, Calci offers 800 meters from us a tennis club, foot or bike trekking on the hills surrounding the valley, golf courses at 20 km away.

ARTS... Calci has many artistic attraction; the best known is a Marvelous Certosa of the eighteen century where the monks were living till 1980; it has been now transformed into a natural history museum worth seeing especially with Children.

IN GENERAL Our property is located 500 meters from the village of Calci (you can walk from here), where you can find a supermarket (open monday to saturday from 08.00 am to 08.00 pm) and shops for you basic needs. There is also a post office, a bank, a pharmacy, and many restaurants up in the hills and also in the centre of the village.

FOR FISHING... In Calci it's possible to fish in Zambra river many types of trouts as well as eels
